Textile Pigment Ink

This Pigment ink is specially designed for textile printing. With excelent dry and wet rubbing fastness, the ink has perfect fluency, stability and soft handle, it can directly print on all kinds of fabrics.

Application:

The textile pigment ink is for roll to roll fabric printing or DTG printing. Which is suitable with almost all kind of fabrics, such as grament, home textile, home decoratio, shoe materials, bags, inside and outside decorative, art reproduction etc.

Great Color! this textile pigment ink improved the hiding rate and perofrmance of black and white in. Adopted VIVID MAGENTA color, it can help to meet customer's requirment fo rspecial color.
Through 200 nanoscale fine filtration the ink can support 360dpi to 5760dpi printing.
According to priniting speed and fabric, customer can choose their own print precision. This ink can perform well at diferent precision, protect the printhead and keep it work stably.

Fastness (SGS Testing):

Light fastness (cotton): 7-8 (up to 8)
Dry rubbing fastness (cotton) : 4-5
Wet rubbing fastness (cotton): 4 and above
Washing fastness (cotton): 4 and above

Color:

The CMYK color model (process color, four color) is a subtractive color model, used in color printing, and is also used to describe the printing process itself. CMYK refers to the four inks used in some color printing:

Prepare the Printed fabric - Digital inkjet print - Drying - Curing - Finish

Warranty: 02 years under temperature of 5-25°C and out of direct sunlight.

Use up all the ink within 2 months after opening to esure optimum printing.
